Can Progesterone Help?

I started taking a low dose medication for sleep and got apathy and emotional bluntedness after a month. I stopped the medication but it hasn't gone away.

Have you ever had someone who got this and do you know what to do for it? Do you know if progesterone could help and how much I should use? It is awful. I have no emotions except anxiety and have no enjoyment and am not interacting with people like I used to. I was bubbly and energetic and its gone.

Can Progesterone Help?
by: Wray

Hi there Sleep meds can cause adverse reactions, but whether progesterone will help you I really don't know. It's very safe and excellent for sleep and mood, so it's certainly worth a try. See here. We do have a page on Anxiety which gives a list of nutrients which could help too. If you should consider using it please see our page on How to use progesterone cream. But before doing so, please read our page on Oestrogen Dominance first. Take care Wray
