Somewhere on this site I see that Wray suggests that using cream is preferable to oil. Is it that oil is absorbed too fast, thus spiking the progesterone level? Is the absorption too fast if taken topically versus sublingually? I have been using the, very good really, Bezwecken topical oil, sublingually usually. If I am to switch to a cream I need to grasp the benefit.
