Somewhere on this site I see that Wray suggests that using cream is preferable to oil. Is it that oil is absorbed too fast, thus spiking the progesterone level? Is the absorption too fast if taken topically versus sublingually? I have been using the, very good really, Bezwecken topical oil, sublingually usually. If I am to switch to a cream I need to grasp the benefit.

Hi Babs Please see this paper which explains why an emulsion is better than gels or oils.......

"The AUCs were parallel with the peak plasma concentrations: almost 2-fold higher for emulsion than for the gel and lipophilic base. "
Take care Wray
