Hi Ann I suggest you change to another form of progesterone. Oral is the least effective Delivery system. And increase the amount too, 25 mg/day, even if as a cream or suppository, won't give you enough. We do have more info on our page How to use progesterone cream. Hi there We do have info on the page I gave you on how to use progesterone. It gives the amount I recommend plus when to use it. We also have more info on our Menstruation page. I do advise using progesterone daily if symptoms are severe, for about 2-3 months if pre-menopausal. And then following the cycle again. I don't know how old you are, as I do recommend daily use if in the end stages of Peri-menopause or in Menopause. Take care Wray
