Progesterone dosage
Here is information on the progesterone dosage amounts for Natpro progesterone cream...
Natpro 100gm Dispenser:
3,333mg progesterone per 100gm dispenser
1.5ml cream delivered per pump action
50mg progesterone per one 1.5ml pump action
Natpro 60gm Tube:
2000mg progesterone per 60gm tube
166mg progesterone per 5ml tsp
Dosage guideline:
Women:
For general use and to reverse mild symptoms 100-200mg/day progesterone is needed.
If severe problems are experienced 400-500mg/day are needed.
*For more detailed information on how to use progesterone cream in conjunction with your menstrual cycle, or if peri-menopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal please see the How to use progesterone cream page.
Men:
Use between 10-100mg/day progesterone, more if severe symptoms are experienced.
*Note: Generally progesterone should be used for a minimum of 2-6 months in order for progesterone to become the dominant hormone and for changes to occur.
