At about age 45 I started having horrible fatigue. It got worse and worse, causing a host of side affects that made it difficult to work to the point I was concerned about being fired.
At 48 I had my doctor give every test that he could think of yet everything came back "normal." In desperation I was trying anything. One of those things was progesterone cream. Although the "tests" told me my hormone levels were normal, it was obviously wrong. I used the cream as directed on day one: once in the morning and once in the evening. The next day it was like someone flipped a switch. No more fatigue. It was a miracle.
It's been 13 months now. Using the progesterone cream, your body apparently will start making the progesterone again. So after a certain amount of time you should wean yourself off. I did this and have been taking much less.
Then a few months ago HOT FLASHES hit. They were intense and debilitating, preventing me from doing many things. I couldn't even sleep. It was bad. It took me a while, but it occurred to me that I had partially weaned myself off the progesterone cream and wondered if I needed a full dosage again. So I did a full dose one morning and again that night. Guess what? NO MORE HOT FLASHES. The difference wasn't a decrease in hot flashes, they completely stopped.
As debilitated as I was, it scares me to think what my life would be like if I hadn't discovered this stuff. Hope it works this well for everyone else who is going through these trying symptoms.
