How to measure Natpro

by Angie
(Texas)

Just received my Natpro today. Is the best way to measure it out by using a measuring spoon? Just curious cause it tells how much to use, but there is no definite way to know unless measured. Is this the easiest way?
Thanks!!

How to measure Natpro
by: Wray

Hi Angie and Lisa We do have info on how to measure on our page How to use progesterone cream. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, it gives the amount of progesterone in either ml or teaspoons. I see Angie lives in the States, so would use tsp, but Lisa, if you live somewhere else in the world you'd prefer ml. It is easier to use a measure spoon, but after a while you get used to the amount you require and don't need to use the spoon. You'll find there are times you will need more, and times you will need less. Stress is particular drops progesterone levels. Hope this helps. Take care Wray

Measuring spoons for NATPRO cream
by: Anonymous

Can someone provide information on how I could obtain small 1ml and 0.5ml measuring spoons for use with NATPRO cream. England supplier would be best. Thank you.
