I would like to know if the estradiol pill and progesterone cream can be use together.

Hi Deborah Yes they can, but please see our page on HRT before you start the oestradiol. If you do use it, you will need a high amount of progesterone to overcome the oestrogen effect. I normally recommend 100-200mg/day, but feel you'll need the 200mg/day if not more. Take care Wray
