Hi Caroline Yes it is. I so dislike that term 'bio-identical', it's such hype, a marketing ploy. Progesterone can only be progesterone, if it's not it's a progestin. We would never use that. You only have to look at our Saliva Tests to see it is progesterone. The levels rise exponentially after only one month on progesterone. We give the before and after results, a naturopath runs them for us on patients who have never used progesterone before. Take care Wray
