Am I on the right track?

by Silvia Britton

Hello,
I am in desperate need of some guidance. I have been using compounded Progesterone cream and have been applying 65mg twice a day right now during my period, I know I should be applying up to 300mg but is it ok to do it during my period?

I just started the cream because I have awful anxiety, almost all the time. I have had issues with anxiety off and on for 14 years, depression, endometriosis, infertility, sub-clinical hypothyroidism, all signs of estrogen dominance. I am now 50 years old and my body just went into a sudden change: sleep changes, constipation, extremely dry skin, itching all over, sensitivity to creams on my face, and anxiety (showed up again).

My periods were every 21 days and lasting up to 10 days but the bleeding was dark. This period, since using cream, is bright red and getting cramps.

In your opinion, should I up the cream to what it should be? even during my period?
Your guidance would be much appreciated!
Thank you,
Silvia
