Hi there I phoned the department immediately I received the previous post from you. It turns out that the upgrade we've just had done between the shopping cart and the fulfilment house had some coding errors. It's played havoc with some orders! I'm so sorry it happened but very pleased you've had a response from them. I did contact them again and was told it was being sorted out. Bless you for the kind words too, after all that's happened!
