Hi, I have been using B6 for a around a year to increase progesterone with success for the first few months but now I am oestrogen dominant again??

Could you please explain also how much natragest cream I should take for endo / oestrogen dominancy...it says only 1/4 teaspoon but going by your forums I need to take 4 teaspoons..is this correct?

Thank you kindly

Hi Tina

You are not using enough progesterone. NatraGest has 960mg progesterone concentration, whereas Natpro Progesterone Cream has 2,000mg. Between 100-200mg is needed. A slightly heaped metric teaspoon equates to 200mg. Endometriosis may require more progesterone.

Vitamin D3 is also important as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. Optimal range is between 70-100ng/mL. Magnesium is also important.
