Dear Wray! Now I have used Natropro about year and half, but now I take ALWAYS YOUNG -product ( Renewal HGH Advanced ), what is your opinion this compination? Is there any risk ?
Hi Helena I'm not sure why you should want to take somatotropin or human growth hormone. It seems this is the main ingredient in the Always Young. It's often proclaimed to be an anti-ageing supplement but there's some doubt about that. If it really does contain HGH then is is classed as a drug and needs a prescription. I would hesitate to use it, as it increases levels of IGF-1 which in turn increases levels of aromatase. This enzyme converts testosterone into oestrogen so your oestrogen level could go up. There's more info here. Take care Wray

Sleepness - Natural anti-aging and skin health by: Beansprout
Hi Sleepness - I hope you don't mind me adding my 2-cents. But two of the best, the safest, most effective approach to healthy skin and reduced fine lines and wrinkles is simply this: Take 2,000 mg of Vitamin C daily, warm organic virgin coconut oil to a liquid and moisturize immediately after your shower. Also, supplement with MSM powder.
Lastly, use baking soda once a week. Dampen your face, arms, neck, chest with warm water. Pour a little baking soda into the palm of one hand and use the fingers of the other to rub into your skin using a circular motion. Let dry for a few minutes and then rinse thoroughly or just jump in the shower taking extra precaution to keep the baking soda away from your eyes.
Ironically, not only will you look younger and more vibrant than ever, you will also be healthier as a result, because all of these things when combined build your immunity against cold and flu amongst so many other benefits.

Sleepness - Natural anti-aging and skin health by: Wray
Hi Beansprout You do like experimenting! Coconut oil is excellent, another idea is MCT oil, which is an extract of coconut oil, but with no smell. It's the oil we use in the Natpro, it's also excellent to take for candida, it contains caprylic acid which kills it. Although the lauric acid in the coconut oil also kills it. I put some in my bath every night. The wholesaler I get it from is quite a card and said if I rubbed it on my skin it would become as soft as a baby's bum! The baking soda is a good idea too, I put Epson Salts in my bath every night too, and take some of that and rub it on my face and neck with the MCT oil. But it does tend to be a bit harsh as the crystals are so big. And finally progesterone is also anti-ageing too, see here. Take care Wray
