Order has not arrived

Hi Wray,

I ordered 6 tubes of Natpro about 11 days ago and they have not arrived. I tried to email Organic Products but their email is not working. Can you direct me what to do? It also seems their is not history of my order although I do have two confirmation emails.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Hi Julie

There does seem to be a problem with some orders.

I understand an upgrade recently done between the shopping cart and the fulfilment house had some coding errors. It’s played havoc with some orders and is taking some time to correct. I am sure that Wray will confirm this.

Hi Wray,
I guess they are having a problem with some orders. I tried e mailing Organic Products and their email was not working. Tried calling, # is no longer in service. Very frustrated right now. My order # is 23671, invoice # is 26590-1361912920. Would appreciate any help, thank you! Becki

Hi Julie I have followed up on this and find they have sorted it out. So sorry about the mess up! Joy is correct, there were coding errors in the upgrade. Take care Wray
