Hi!
I'm currently nursing my 18 month old. My naturopath has recommended a low dose of progesterone cream since my estrogen is slowly coming back, but I'm not ovulating yet; therefore, still not producing progesterone.
Does anyone have experience with this? Thoughts? I've recently gained a lot of weight and she thinks it could be due to the lack of progesterone.
