No changes or results

I have been using the cream for three months now and have seen absolutely no changes or results whatsoever. How do I get my money back? I've thrown away all of the empty tubes except for the last one, but I still have the three boxes and the mailing envelope they were sent in. Please advise. Also, I do not understand why you don't have a place on your website for an e-mail such as this other than what looks like some sort of a blog!
