I am 42 years old. I am definately having the perimenapause symptoms. I started using progesterone cream several years ago.
This week I have noticed a large amount of watery discharge coming out. I have to wear a pad. It is so much that if I do not wear a pad it looks like I pee'd on myself. It is time for my cycle to start but there is no blood. It is just the watery stuff. I have read online that many women do have this problem but as usual, their doctor has no idea why.
Do you think this is from an imbalance in progesterone? There is no itching, burning or odor. It is like clear water but tinged with a little blood. I use progesterone cream every day. I do not think I am taking enough though and I switched brands. I take about 70 mg a day. What are your thoughts and should I take it every day? I noticed you said women perimenapausal could use it every day. If I do not take it every day I feel like crap!!!
