DMPPROGESTERONE

by DONNA

I am 50 years old and I had an ablation about 6 years ago. I am now starting to go threw menopause and want to get on estrogen. If I decide to take Duavee, do I need to take a progesterone too?

It is my understanding from all that I've read that progesterone supplementation is helpful in menopause but I believe you need less. May I ask about your ablation since it is something I have considered for a while? Are you happy that you did it? Which kind did you get? And how do you know that you're in menopause?

DMP-Progesterone

Hi Donna

No women should be given extra estrogen, there is over 100 estrogen mimics in our environment as it is, why take more? Please read Our Stolen Future. Progesterone therapy is needed to help you through Menopause and Estrogen Dominance. It is important to use the correct progesterone cream as many do not contain the correct amount of progesterone, and/or they come mixed with estrogen, testosterone and parabens, not what any woman needs. Please read How to use Progesterone Cream.

Do you know what your Vitamin D3 level is as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone.

I hope this helps.
