When to shower?

by Christine Libert
(Reno, Nevada)

I just received my Natpro and was wondering how soon I could shower after putting the cream on.

Normally I would shower then use the cream, but my days don't always begin with a shower and I was hoping to use the cream when I get up in the morning and when I go to bed. Sometimes I don't shower until after I put the cream on. I don't want to wash it away. Thanks.

When to shower?
by: Wray

Hi Christine The progesterone is absorbed rapidly, and within 15 minutes after application is found distributed in plasma. It's distribution and metabolism are comparable to progesterone injections. So I suggest waiting for 15 minutes after applying the cream before showering. Alternatively apply if immediately after your shower, the skin is warm then so the cream will be absorbed well. for more info please see our page on Progesterone application methods. Take care Wray

I rub my progesterone cream at 10 in the morning. I took a shower at 3 pm and I was scared and put a small quantities of progesterone cream after my shower. What I shoud do now? I'll put my progesterone at 10 in the night. Do you think is too much? Should I continue to put it 3 times a day from now or 2 times? Please give me an advice. I'm scared. Thank you
