warts?

i've been using the cream for 3 weeks and the other night a wart i had on my shoulder fell off - roots and all. is that possibly a response to the cream? i ask as i notice i grow warts when hormones change such as when i was pregnant.

Hi there It is possible, although I've not heard this before. Progesterone inhibits mitosis, i.e. it stops cells proliferating, which they tend to do in warts. Vitamin D is another nutrient which prevents cells proliferating. If you grow warts while pregnant, it appears your progesterone and vitamin D were possibly too low, and oestrogen too high. Oestrogen is a mitogen, causing cells to proliferate. Take care Wray

Hi West,
After I saw this question I looked it up on Google Scholar and did find some research supporting this. My husband has had three on one hand for several years. We are giving the cream a try. After one week there is a small improvement. Time will tell if it is really helping. We were surprised to notice a wart on our youngest son had suddenly disappeared even though we weren't using anything. It is still a mystery.

I'll update if any change occurs. :-)

Sorry Wray about the incorrect name on the last comment. We still haven't replaced the computers that were stolen and the phone I use to write is most uncooperative. It even changes my name to "Maryland". :-(

Almost to the one year mark from when I first learned about Natpro and your wonderful site. This last year was such an improvement over the previous years that were filled with pain, discomfort and unending doctors' visits. Time to go back and update them all!
