tendonitis

I have tendonitis, and my right hand goes numb at night. I read that progesterone cream can help. Question is, can I rub it in each night when my arm and hand goes numb to relieve it, or do I have to follow the schedule with my cycle?

Hi there Progesterone does help inflammation, but I can't guarantee it will help. It's certainly worth trying though. If you only rub it on your arm and hand you will get an adverse reaction probably. This is explained on our Oestrogen Dominance page. Plus it can upset the cycle too if not following it. There's more info on our page How to use progesterone cream. Take care Wray
