Taurine and GABA together for anxiety?

Hi Wray, it's Annette, would you recommend taurine and GABA together for anxiety?

Since I've been taking high doses of the progesterone I have nervousness. How much of each? Also I see you take reduced glutathione I think you take 3000-5000 milligrams if I remember correctly. Golly Wray I ever get through this it will be a miracle from above. TO ALL YOU WHO TAKE BCP GET OFF OF IT!!! IT IS PURE POISON! Thanks Wray

Hi Annette It's good to hear from you! Taurine is excellent, I take about 2000mg/day. GABA is good to but difficult, too much and symptoms can come back. So if you do try it, please start off low at 250mg/day, increasing gradually. Gycine is another calming amino acid, this doesn't need to be started low, up to 4000mg/day would be safe. Tyrosine also helps, especially if thoughts are racing, but this needs to be started off low too. We do make up a Calming Complex which we find helps, but it's not on our website yet, one day! It could be your blood glucose is unstable, this causes excess adrenaline to be secreted, which makes us anxious and nervous. Please have a look at our page on Insulin Resistance. I don't take glutathione itself, as this is destroyed by the gut, but I do take the amino acids precursors, N-acetyl cysteine, glutamine and glycine. These are all in another complex we make which I take daily, but I also add extra cysteine and glutamine to my water bottle each day. So I can get up to the dose of cysteine you gave above. Plus I must be taking about 8000mg/day glutamine when combined. And I'm glad you are warning all about the BCP, dreadful stuff! Take care Wray

Wray how can I buy that stuff from you guys. It is so hard to find some it here. I'm on file there is there anyway I can buy it asap. Thanks Wray
