Started the cream on the wrong day; period no coming; what should I do?

by Mimi
(London)

Hello,

I received my cream 2 or 3 day before my period begins; I just wanted to try it so I did; the result is that my period didn't come.

I guess I might have messed up my cycle with a small amount of cream!!

what do you suggest?
Should I wait for my period to come back naturally? or
Should I start the cream anyway?

Thank you

Hi Mimi Progesterone almost always upsets the cycle when first using it. Please see our page on How to use Progesterone Cream. The page explains everything there is to know about using it, well I hope it does! We also have another page on Menstruation with more info. And if you'd like to chat to someone, please get hold of Jules our distributor in London. She can give you advice on progesterone and on Vitamin D. This is always low in people living in the UK, and a lack of it reduces the benefits of progesterone. Please consider having a test done. You can get hold of Jules via her email julesvs19@gmail.com Take care Wray
