should i take ecosprin also

i m 33 years old and 7w5d pregnant. 2 years ago i had two m/c at 11 weeks. this time at 5 weeks i started spotting brown so i tested for the pregnancy test and it was positive. the doctor seeing my condition prescribed me hcg shots 5000 units biweekly and dubagest 200 mcg twice daily. the spotting and cramping remained there for one week. but now there is no cramping and spotting since a week. i do not have any morning sickness just some breast tenderness and bloating. i have already one 7 yeaq old son. just wanted to ask are these medicines suffiecent or should i go for ecosprin also?

Hi there I see no reason for the aspirin, progesterone is an excellent anti-inflammatory. Plus it thins blood by reducing thrombin by 10-15%, see here. thanku wray. i m also worried that i m not having any nausea, heartburn becoz earlier in my pregnancies i had these symptoms.

Hi there Don't be worried, be thankful! Nausea and heartburn indicate too low a level of progesterone. Both these symptoms and more in early pregnancy, are not normal. Many women experience them, but shouldn't. Take care Wray

since a day i m experiencing cramping . could it be due to stretching of uterus or something else ?

Hi there It could be because your progesterone is dropping, as this keeps the uterus quiet, see here. Maybe a progesterone test would be a good idea. Take care Wray
