Severe migraine

by Leigh Merz
(Alabama)

Hi! I have been researching progesterone creams for estrogen dominance for a long time. I really need guidance on what dose to take to get me back on track. I recently had blood test every other day for 2 weeks and my estrogen level is way higher than progesterone. I have had awful migraines for years. I tried progesterone cream my local health store told me about but they did not really tell me much about what amount to take. What they did tell me, I never noticed much help. It actually caused migraine sometimes. I did not know that this can happen at first. I have such severe migraine that the only thing that helps is 60mg of prednisone a day for 3 days. That is pretty scary when I have tons of headache days in a month. I have sleep issues as well. I am 34 years old and have had 3 children. I had hot flashes for several years after having them and have also been getting dark spots on my face. Any advice would be greatly appreciated... I read Dr Lee's books and the suggested dose is WAY less than what this site says.
