Serious axiety and nervousness

by Hilda Neira
(Miami, Florida)

Hi, I am 46 and due to some digestion issues I began to feel symptoms of anxiety that turned into panic attacks and mild depression. Desperately looking for answers I came to this website and read all the testimonials, I have not received my cream yet and I can't wait to try it because its unbearable.

My strongest symptoms are the nervousness and anxiety. People tell me it is mental even my doctor says when I asked him he said it was mentalpause. There are very few doctors that understand or care. My hope is first in God (Jesus) I have been able to walk by faith regardless of my symptoms and a little help from anti anxiety pills on a very small dose of 0.25. I hate the crippling symptoms that I get, like needles on my arms and my stomach turned upside down not being able to eat because my whole body is reacting to too much cortisol they say. I just want it gone for good. Please send my cream ASAP!

Pins and needles - relief
by: Denys

Hi

I understand your anxiety - for 7 weeks I have had terrible pins and needles in my hands, stabbing pains, burning and prickly sensations all over my body and scalp! They are most unpredictable but come mostly at night-so haven't slept well at all!

A week ago started a very acid stomach - ate no acid foods during the week but almost went to hospital last 2 days-nausea and pain in stomach area. Reflexologist and homeopath treated me yesterday with heavy doses of tissue salts 4,6,8,10,11+12 every 10 mins in different combinations, then had stress massage and last night did the epsom salts, olive oil + red grapefruit gallstone cure. Well, well - passed plenty of gallstones already and nausea gone, hardly any other pains at all!!!

Let's hope for the best! Doctors thought it may be fibromyalgia - hope not! I am using a low dose of progesterone cream 27 days of the month now - just my 2nd lot - blood tests revealed low progesterone ratio also vit D defficiency.

Perhaps this may help you and others
Regards Denys

Serious Anxiety
by: Sue

Hi Hilda. I recently went through a month-long ordeal with anxiety attacks and insomnia. With Wray's help and the fact that I do have an "alternative" doctor that prescribes me progesterone cream and his nurses answer my questions via the telephone, I am now pretty much back to normal. The progesterone cream my doc prescribed was fine, but thanks to reading this website, I learned that I was not using enough and had become estrogen dominant. So I began using over 200 mg. a day and the symptoms are pretty much gone! If you've received your cream, I suggest you begin using it at 200 mg. a day. But like Wray always warns, you will suffer from temporary estrogen dominance symptoms until the progesterone has time to become dominant. If you read this website thoroughly, it should help you understand it all. I hope for the best outcome for you and remember that there is a light at the end of the tunnel -- just wait on the Lord and he will see you through! Take care, Sue

Hi Hilda We do have a page on Anxiety. It gives a list of many nutrients which all help, plus it explains why panic attacks occur and what to do about them. There's no question progesterone helps, in some cases eliminates them, but it's also critical to avoid all sugars, even those hidden in food, such as the grains, legumes and starchy root veggies and fruits. If you're having digestion problems I suspect you lack vitamin D. Anxiety and depression are also symptoms caused by a lack of it. Please have a test done, for more info see the Vitamin D Council and GrassrootsHealth websites. So called 'mental' problems are caused by a bio-chemical imbalance, correct this and they go, or are certainly reduced considerably. See the Pfeiffer Treatment Center and Safe Harbor websites. Take care Wray

Pins and needles - relief

Hi Denys I'm happy you went to a reflexologist and homeopath, as they would know how to treat you. The symptoms you had usually means the liver is overloaded, so the flush was a good thing. I'm concerned you're using a low amount of progesterone, as this often causes Oestrogen Dominance symptoms. Please watch out for this, and increase the amount if it should occur. We do have more info on How to use progesterone cream. Fibromyalgia is usually caused by a lack of vitamin D, please ensure you take a minimum of 5000iu's per day to raise your level. For more info see the Vitamin D Council and GrassrootsHealth websites. Take care Wray
