Hello Wray, I have just recently subscribed to your emails and today I received one by 'KA' that is similar to my situation regarding miscarriages.

In your response you said that you would include a chapter scanned from Dr Dalton's book on pregnancy so that she could make an informed decision. I was wondering if you could send me that same chapter as my questions are the same ones as KA.

Hi Lynn We do have a page on Pregnancy you might like to look at. That email I did years ago, before doing the page above. On this page is a link to Dr Dalton's advice too. Progesterone is vital, as you probably know. But so is vitamin D, see here, here, here, here and here. Please have a test done, too many of us have too low a level now. For more info on testing etc, please see the Vitamin D Council and GrassrootsHealth websites. This is an excellent video to watch too, see here. Taurine is another vital nutrient for the growing foetus, please consider taking it, see here, here and here. The page on pregnancy explains how to use progesterone. Take care Wray
