Progesterone is the best thing to happen to me in a long time!!!

I am a 73 year old woman, who has steadily been gaining weight for years. I could diet faithfully, and not lose a pound. I began taking 200 mg. Progesterone, (not synthetic), three weeks ago. I immediately began losing weight. I have now lost over ten pounds. I am eating the same as before...no exercising at all. I also could not get to sleep at night, until around 3:00 A.M. Now, I go to sleep within twenty minutes of taking the Progesterone. I have more energy, and no more depression and mood swings. It feels so good to see the weight coming off. I do not crave the sugar anymore, and I am no longer binge eating. I am LOVING THIS STUFF!!!!!

The reason for your success is because you used a good amount of cream to begin with and didn't 'dilly dally' with the commonly suggested amount of 20mg. Thank you for trusting the info given on this website.

I love reading posts and replies like this. It literally brings tears to my eyes. After 10 years of insomnia and 4,5 years of hair loss, I am still incredulous that all I needed was a pot/tube of natural progesterone cream. I'm on 240mg per day (120mg twice a day). And no doctor's appointment or prescription necessary, which makes me even happier. Thanks again to Wray and all the ladies that manage this website. It has changed my life!

My doctor put me on this a few weeks ago 10mcg three time a week. I am a 69 year old woman is this anything like the progesterone you are talking about

Hi - estradiol is NOTHING like progesterone and should be avoided. All drug based HRT's have a potential to cause harm.
