Do your baseline blood test...finger stick
The thing is that I use the progesterone bio-identical pills according to how I feel. I always have since I was 17 years old.
If I felt bloated, I took more
If my breasts hurt I took more
If had too much bleeding I took more.
Eventually, it is easy to figure out. Blood test flucuate so much from hour to hour on hormones, I gave up. I've done the finger stick and the saliva spit tests. I am not afraid of taking bio-identical pills with cream if I want and I usually just stop for a couple of weekends a month if I feel "regular".
