My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and have been for some time off and on. My doctor says that I have PCOS. I have been married for 3 years now and for the first year and a half was on birth control pills and since I have gone off of them my cycle has been so irregular and I don't think i am ovulating on a regular basis.

However, before I started taking the Pill I was very regular and ovulated consistently. I just recently ordered the progesterone cream and just started using it but since I don't have a consistent cycle I am not really sure how to start using it. I just started using it 3 days ago. Is that a bad thing or? Do you think the cream could help to balance out my hormones?

Last month I ordered some from Oasis and my cycle was totally normal. I have been charting and everything happened just like it is supposed to but a friend told me about this website and I really like what I have looked into with this so I thought I would give it a try and I know she has had good results with Natpro. Thanks.

Hi Jennifer. The Pill does upset our cycle hugely, I wish it was never prescribed! I have helped so many women who have come off them, some with no cycle at all. Do you know the length of the cycle you had? If so, this is what you should aim for again. The cream should only be used from ovulation, for the last 14 days of the cycle. As you have no idea when this should be, starting as you have is fine, your first few cycles will be disrupted, but it can't be helped. Please see the following web pages:
