No flax seed oil

by Helena
(Denmark)

I just read a reply to "S" who has pco.

You recommend progesterone (of course) and flax seed oil.

I have menopause migraine, and get migraines very easyly, just some phytoestrogens can make it come. My experience is that flax seed oil is quite a strong phytoestrogen. I know that it is claimed that the crushed seeds have phytoestrogen but not the oil. Well, that is not my experience at all.

By the way, I am just going to try some natural progesterone... kind regards.

No flax seed oil

Hi Helena. Thanks for the advice on the flax oil. You are right, there could well be phytoestrogens in it, as being cold pressed the filtering process often leaves sediment behind. I do hope the progesterone helps, it's helped many with migraines. Take care, Wray
