Newbie to Progesterone Use

How much is 200mg and/or 400 mg - when squeezed out of the tube. My best guess - 1/4 teas = 200 mg?

Can anyone tell me?

Hi there It depends on which cream you are using because the strengths vary. If Natpro, 200mg would require 6ml of cream, or 1 1/5 tsp. 400mg would be double this. We do have more info on our page How to use progesterone cream, the info is right at the bottom. Take care Wray
