Needing advice

by Tracie

Hi, I'm 46 years old. I discovered the miracle of progesterone cream last year after suffering from numerous symptoms of estrogen dominance. At that time, I did have my hormones tested using saliva testing. I found that my progesterone and estrogen levels were both very low. I was told to supplement with progesterone and not to worry about the low estrogen yet. Recently, I've been having some of the symptoms return, irritability, anxiety, trouble sleeping, I also have begun to have spotting after completing my period, usually 2 or 3 days after it has stopped. It always stops once I hit mid cycle. I have been under more stress than usual so I decided to up my dose a little to see if that helps. I have also researched adding a phytoestrogen cream or an estriol cream as I am also experiencing hot flushes to my face. It doesn't effect anywhere else as of yet but so much of the time my face feels hot. I wanted to know what you thought about adding the estrogen to my regimen. Or would you recommend just using more progesterone? I am currently using 1/2 tsp (40 mg of USP progesterone) of Emerita Pro-Gest twice a day. I had been using 1/4 tsp twice a day with great success but it doesn't seem to be enough anymore during this stressful time.

Hoping you can help steer me in the right direction,
Tracie

Needing advice

Hi Tracie I see you've asked the same question of Vero, one of our distributors. To save confusion I've asked her to answer you. The advice will be the same as I would give you. Take care Wray
