Natural Progesterone Got Rid of My Hot Flashes and Night Sweats

I'm 50 and about 2 years ago the hot flashes began on and off. By the 2nd year the hot flashes and night sweats were so bad it was unbearable. I haven't had a good nights sleep in a year nor could I think straight during the day because of it.

I started using natural progesterone and after just 14 days my hot flashes completely stopped! It's only been 2 months since I started using the cream and I have not had a single episode. The best part is that I can now sleep through the entire night without having to change the sheets in the middle of the night. Life is good again! My husband is happy too!

Hi Louise. This is so good to hear! One thing to remember, if you are stressed in any way, please use more progesterone. Stress drops levels sharply and symptoms can return. Incidentally progesterone is also very good for men too. Take care, Wray
