"migrainemom"

(Suwanee, GA)

I have lived with migraines for the past 20 years and have tried almost everything!

Out of desperation to "cure" myself I came across your website and product. I am anxious to give it a try as it will be a welcome change to the endless medications I use. I have often thought I had a hormone imbalance and after reading your information I am sure of it.

Hi Lisa I do hope the progesterone helps, as it can be very effective for migraines/headaches. Please see here and here. If you've noticed a pattern with the migraines, ie they come just prior to your period, or during the 14 days beforehand, then they are undoubtedly caused by excess oestrogen. This is a pro-inflammatory hormone, it also causes water retention, progesterone reverses both these affects. Take care Wray
