long blood loss

Hello Wray,

Thank you for your very interesting progesteronnews!

I have a question: does the cream help in stopping long blood loss? My menstrual cycle is very unregular in the last 3 years. I'm perimenopausal. Mostly I lose less blood than normally, I skip from time to time a menstrual cycle. And sometimes the blood loss perisits for 10 days or longer. Can I use progesteron cream to stop the blood loss? When in the cycle should I use it?

thanks for your response and literature about it

greetings
Eva

Hi Eva

Peri-Menopause can be a difficult time for most women, but it need not be with the help of progesterone. It also brings on irregular, heaving bleeding.

Please read the following pages:

How to use Progesterone Cream
Estrogen Dominance
Menstrual Cycle
Vitamin D3

You might also like to try the Heavy Bleeding Protocol:

* 400-500mg Natpro Progesterone Cream per day
* 2000mg N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) per day
* 2000mg Taurine per day
* 5000iu's Vitamin D per day
* 1000mg Bioflavanoids per day

Do you know what your Vitamin D3 level is? a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone and is vital for better health.

Hope this helps.
