Hi Wray, Just wondering if you missed answering some posts below. I posted "Using progesterone every day vs. only during luteal phase" and I'm also wondering what your response is for the post "Period delay and Swelling." Thanks.

Hi Bonnie I did answer your query on 15th May. The one about using it every day, it was on the page you made the query on, I've pasted it below........

Hi Bonnie It really depends on symptoms. If they are severe, they could possibly come back when you are not using the cream. Many women do find relief using it only during the luteal phase, it would be a question of experimenting. As Cheryl says, there is a possibility it will stop you ovulating, although this normally only occurs when 200mg/day is used. So I suggest you do follow your cycle, and keep a watch for returning symptoms when you stop. Take care Wray
