irregular menstural cycle using progyluton
by: Wray

Hi Mrs Zulfi I'm glad you stopped the progyluton, it's progesterone you need, not a synthetic version. Progesterone can help heavy bleeding, but it does need help from other nutrients too. I've found 400mg/day progesterone is needed, plus NAC, taurine, vitamin D and bioflavonoids. There's more about these on our Menstruation page. We do have Google translate on our page, if you find it easier to read my reply in Urdu. You'll find it in the right hand margin, near the bottom of the menu. Please have a vitamin D test done, it's such an important nutrient, one which is low in most of us. We also have a page on Pregnancy you could read, and another here. Vitamin D and taurine are most important for a successful pregnancy, please increase your levels of both. Take care Wray

Use of Progyluton
by: Anonymous

My doc suggested these tablets for irregular periods. My fsh level is 10.4 and lh is 4.5, is there any need for this med? She told me to start this from day 2 of my menstural cycle.

I want to know which one should I use, the white or light brown?

Please help.

I am using progyluton as per Dr prescription, she told me to use it for 21 days and than to stop it for 1 week and than within that week I will get periods on 4th/5th or 6th day....

First month was OK, I got periods on 5th day after using it for 21 days, but now again while starting it after periods I got periods again after 7 days...

Why its like this, I am worried about it.

Hi StyLish

Please read Wray's reply to Mrs Zulfi about progyluton and the links provided? It is synthetic and causing problems for you. May I suggest that you switch to an organic progesterone cream such as Natpro. If progesterone is not used correctly you will battle.

Do you know what your Vitamin D3 level is? A deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. It is connected to every single functioning cells in our bodies making it vital. Co-factors are needed for the protocol to work correctly.

Please read these pages and the references as they will help you to understand how to use progesterone correctly and what is needed.

Please read my post above and Wray's posted dated September 17, 2013. It's progesterone that you need and not progyluton which is synthetic.

Hi Mrs Khalid

You are in Peri-Menopause where abnormal bleeding occurs as the normal cycle becomes disrupted and bleeding can be excessive leading to menorrhagia. Natpro Progesterone Cream will help you and prepare you for Menopause.

Vitamin D3 is very important as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. Optimal range should be between 70-100ng/mL

Please read these pages on the website.

Prolonged Bleeding
by: Joy

Hi there

Please read Wray's comments above, she explains all about progyluton. It's synthetic, not what your body needs. You are so young to be experiencing these problems.

Please consider using a good organic progesterone cream such as Natpro which is a 3.33% cream and follow Wray's advice given above as well as the links given.
