Insomnia

by Sharron Kenyon
(Florida)

I am on progesterone pills taken sublingual at bedtime. Finally I am able to sleep!

My quest for help has been a struggle with anti depressants trying to be thrown at me, Ambien and other pills I refused to give up that this issue was hormonal.

Hope this helps others with insomnia.

I also use progesterone SL only at night. And creams during day. Do you use creams too?

Insomnia and hormones

Did a Dr. have to prescribe the progesterone? I think I am peri menopausal. I have heavy periods, shorter cycles, thinning hair, no testosterone and normal to high estrogen levels. My progesterone is low. Would like to try progesterone as I've researched it can balance everything out.
