Infertility treatment

My dr, Dr Gouws referred me to this website as he previously worked with you.

I am going for IVF treatment soon because I am 40 years old. I have endometriosis, my insulin stays at 12.5, I use medicine for thyroid, my DHEA is 4.7 (still on medication), my progesterone levels are 1.2nmol/1 and my husband has a low sperm count.

After discussions with my dr and reading all the info on the website, I understand that I need to use Progesterone cream, but I am not sure which amounts will be effective to get to a optimal stage for the IVF treatment. Could you please give me an indication?
