I want a second child

The thing is that I want a second child as I have a daughter two and a half years old so I have been planning for the second kid for one year but couldn't get it.

I went to Dr she made me the test of progesterone and my level is 0.899 ng/ml so please guide me .

Hi Nabiha 0.899 is very low, particulaly if it was taken during your luteal phase. The test should have been done ±7 days before your period, as that's when progesterone peaks. A level of 5 indicates ovulation might have taken place, but generaly a level of 10 is looked for. So it appears you do need supplemental progesterone.
