How much progesterone during menopause?

by Jenny
(Tucson)

I recommended Natpro to my sister who was having hot flashes constantly throughout the day. She couldn't get any so I sent her a tube. She has been using it for about a week and not only have her hot flashes stopped but she also says she has more energy.

Anyway, my question is, how often should she use it?

Should she stop at any point to give it a rest or just use it every day? I couldn't find anything relating to this on this website.

How much progesterone during menopause?

Hi Jenny. I'm so pleased the Natpro helped your sister! She's responded remarkably quickly too, lucky woman! Some take weeks to settle down when first using progesterone. I'm puzzled she couldn't get any, as we post all over the world, did she try the web site? This is the link in case she needs it.

As she's in menopause and has no cycle to worry about I would suggest she uses it daily. I do, and have for 13 years now. I never have a break unless I run out! And then I double up the dose. We do have a web page on menopause she might like to look at.

Take care, Wray
