HELP

A man should NEVER tell a menopausal women what to do or take. The hardest part of menopause is that my husband doesn't understand what I am going through. The constant sweating, insomnia, anxiety and weight gain is the greatest challenge I have come across in life. I am 50 years old and have been going through it for 6 years now. I tried everything, bio identical compounds, all the herbs and vitamins (waste of money, read all the books,(waste of money). I realized quality of life is more important, I was miserable. The thing that worked for me is vivelle dot patch, lowest dose. Climara pro patch made my anxiety worse and didn't stay on. Why should we make our 50's so difficult when there is help? A women has a to struggle with menstruation most of her life. When does it all end and for all of the so called experts, you probably never had a hot flash in your life! Do what makes you feel better and stop reading and listening to everyone else. Good diet and exercise along with HRT will make you feel better! I am on your side, Good luck!!
