Help Please. My last shot at trying for help.

I am still in unrelenting agony and still can't find out if progesterone cream will work for joint pain caused by suddenly stopping birth control pills and Spironolactone on Dec 20th. It's now April 9th, and I am now 51, can't sleep more than 2-3 hours per night if that. The pain is worse than it ever was despite a great diet, losing of 28 lbs, etc. I am literally at the end of my rope.

I cannot bear the excrutiating joint pain or the inability to sleep. I cannot deal with this any longer. It is that bad. My endo did not help, my gyno did not help. I am begging for help. How much to use? When will this pain stop? Will it get worse? If it does, I will not be able to be here on this planet anymore.

I already submitted a detailed query and then got a well-intentioned but re-hashed response quoting other posts I've already read that have nothing to do with me. This has made me collapse in tears. Please, please help. Urgent.

Hi CamperKat I have answered a previous query you made, I do hope it was not my answer when you refer to a re-hashed response. I gave you all the info I thought might help, plus what to do. I did suggest using the high amount of progesterone which you said helped. I also said I thought you might need more, and that there's no harm in doing so. Take care Wray
