I am taking 300mg cream daily of progesterone. Playing with dose still. With this dose I started having hair loss and acne. I understand this is from testosterone. Should I wait longer before increasing? I have only been a week on this new dosage. I have read the list of nutrients on hair loss. My only real question is how long to wait before deciding to increase?
