Frustrated

Hi Barbara

You are spot on there and I can quite understand your frustration, it is your hormones and the cocktail of drugs that you have been given! No women should be given extra estrogen, there are over 100 estrogen mimics in our environment as it is, why take more? Please read Our Stolen Future. You are suffering from Estrogen Dominance, your P:E ratio is 3:1, it should be 600:1. I would imagine you are feeling pretty lousy. Progesterone levels need to be raised urgently. You can test the rest of your test results on the Hormone Testing Page. Zoloft is for depression, you are not battling mental issues, your hormones need balancing, why can't the doctors see this?

You are needing to use a lot more progesterone for your symptoms. please read How to use Progesterone Cream and the Menopause page. Do you know what your Vitamin D3 level is as a deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone.

I hope this helps.
