Four miscarriages

I have lost four babies. I had two children very young and then my third pregnancy I started bleeding and cramping at 4 months, had him, and then five years later I got pregnant again.

I carried that baby for three months had him also same thing bleeding cramping only this time my placenta had grown through my uterus wall and I almost bled to death and almost lost my uterus. Then I tryed again and lost that baby also at four months. I had a cerclage done to my cervix with this baby and then I had placenta abruption so I got pregnant again and only carried a few weeks due to my progesterone. Now I am pregnant and on progesterone.
