Fatigue and Bronchitis type symptoms up to 10 days before my cycle starts

Hi I am 51 definitely having menopausal symptoms like irregular bleeding, sometimes spotting after main period has stopped, some hot flushes, lack of labido. The most annoying part are the symptoms leading up to my period where I seem to get extremely fatigued and then sick with the bronchitis. I have had asthma all my life and it's been under control until I realised that the bronchitis started at the same time as the peri-menopause. Just wondering if you think that the Natpro cream could help?
