Hi Linette

You have not given much info to work with here. But yes, progesterone if used correctly will help, in fact it is vital.

How old are you, you could be in Peri-Menopause or Menopause? What is your Vitamin D3 level? Coming from Mumbai you will be deficient. A deficiency reduces the benefits of progesterone. It is connected to every single functioning cell in our bodies making it important. Co-factors are needed.
