Dr. John Lee's Hormone Balance Made Simple

by Virginia Hopkins
(Southern California)

This is the last project that Dr. Lee and I worked on before he died. It is just what the title implies—a simple, straightforward guide to using natural hormones, free of jargon and full of how-to information for hormone balance.

Here's where you can read the Introduction and First Chapter of Hormone Balance Made Simple, and even download a free chart that will help you keep track of symptoms and track down the cause of your hormone imbalance symptoms:

Visit my blog, Virginia Hopkins Health Watch to read articles by myself about hormone balance and and more by Dr. John Lee.

Hi Virginia Thanks for the info, I do hope you can give the missing link. I do receive your newsletters, which are always so informative. I also keep in touch with Judy Evans, who I'm sure you know. She knew Dr Lee well and organised his memorial service in London. I was lucky enough to hear Dr Lee speak at three venues in the UK, a remarkable man. Take care Wray
