Dosage Concerns

Hi,

First I would like to say that I love your site! I refer to this site often when I have concerns about my progesterone therapy. I am 32 years old and have suffered from PMDD since 20 years old. I used acupuncture and supplements for years to take the edge off my symptoms but nothing has worked as well for me as Progesterone Cream. 6 months ago I started using 50 mg's a day split into 2 doses between day 14-28 of my cycle, I immediately felt relief and even euphoria at first. I pretty quickly began to experience Estrogen Dominance symptoms so I upped my dose to 200 mg's/day as recommended on your site while still following my cycle. That worked well for a month or two but the Estogen Dominance symptoms returned, mostly weight gain (5 Pounds) vision blurred, irritability etc.. So I upped the dose to 400 mg's/day last month I also started taking Calcium D Glucarte 1000mg's a day. That amount worked well for last month's cycle. Right now I am day 17 of my cycle and in the last 3 days I've had to use 800 mg's of cream a day to feel good and avoid symptoms. My concern is that it will just keep going up and up, do you have any idea why I have to keep increasing my dose? I'm not afraid of using high doses I just want to know if it will let up and level off soon. I'm waiting on my results from Vitamin D test, I take 5000iu a day but plan on increasing to 10,000 iu. Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated.
